Tri-Technical Systems is a software company that develops point-of-sale and business solutions for specialty retailers. They have a star product named AIMsi, which they wanted to showcase in a special manner but couldn’t find the right way to do so: how can you communicate the complexity of such a tool without being overwhelming and plain?

With this question in mind, they contacted us and we put our hands to work! We did a completely custom animated video: its main character is a portrayal of Tri-Technical Systems’ buyer persona, a man whose retail store is growing, but in all the frenzy he is starting to feel that his business is actually running him. Okay, we’ll say no more… you’d better see for yourself!

As you can see, the end result is a pretty humorous and light-toned marketing video that perfectly depicts how AIMsi works. Through the use of funny situations and the representation of day to day challenges Tri-Technical Systems’ target audience can easily relate to, we managed to make a video that puts the buyer first but still explains quite thoroughly what the product is all about.
